Under deadline to move before school started this fall, this seller came to me with an urgent need to sell their home! Working with the buyer, we closed escrow a week before school started in their new Southern California town. While it’s always sad to have a nice family leave SLO, I’m pleased they are happy in their new town and the kids had a smooth start at their new school.
